Ashley Romero

Healthcare & Workforce Development

Ashley Romero is a healthcare professional, workforce development advocate, and business leader with over 15 years of experience spanning private practices, union organizations, nonprofit agencies, and hospital systems. Her extensive experience across diverse healthcare environments has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of patient care, healthcare operations, staffing, and organizational development.

Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Service Administration and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Health Management. In addition, she is expanding her expertise through the pursuit of a Real Estate License, reflecting her dedication to continuous growth, entrepreneurship, and community development.

Francis Caamano

Principal Broker

Francis Caamano is a licensed real estate broker in New York, New Jersey, and Georgia, with nine years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in mixed-use and retail investment sales. He holds a bachelor's in business administration from Fordham University and a master's in real estate from New York University.

In addition to brokerage, Francis is an Adjunct Professor at Fordham, teaching Cash Flow Analysis, Asset Management, and Leasing.
